What we collect

• Your name, phone number and email so we can deliver and contact you.
• Delivery details you enter: address, marina, dock or slip, and vehicle description.
• Your device location only if you tap “Use my location” and grant permission. We store the single meeting point for the order, not a location history.
• Order contents, totals and delivery status.
• If you turn on order alerts, the notification address your browser creates for that order, so we can tell you when your bait is on the way. You can switch alerts off at any time.

Measuring how the site is used

If you allow it, we use Google Analytics to count page views and a few ordering steps (looking at a product, adding to the cart, starting checkout, finishing an order). This also records which link or campaign brought you to the site, so we know what is working.

If you decline, nothing is sent to Google — not from your browser and not from our server. We still keep a privacy-safe daily count of page views that contains no names, accounts, IP addresses or device fingerprints. Visits by our own crew are excluded from reporting.

What we never collect

We never store raw card numbers. Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay details are handled and tokenized entirely by our PCI-compliant payment processor.

Why we collect it

Only to take payment, deliver your order, provide support and meet tax and record-keeping duties. We do not sell your data and we do not run advertising trackers.

• Download a copy of your data or permanently delete your account from Account.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit over HTTPS and encrypted at rest by our hosting provider. Access rules are enforced on the server, not just in the app.
